How to cook the perfect boiled egg

• Step 1: Take 4 Freshfields Farm eggs from the fridge and place them in a small saucepan covering them with cold water.

Step2:Place the pan on the hob and bring to boiling point on the highest setting.
Once boiling reduce the heat but ensure the water continues to simmer.
Timings vary depending on the size of egg and preferred consistency (hard/soft boiled). Boiling guidelines are;
Soft Boiled:
Small: 3 minutes
Medium: 3.5 minutes
Large: 4 minutes

Hard Boiled
All Sizes: 10 minutes
